How can I submit required documents to 美高梅 Downtown?
第一站 (known as "回答中心" at other Valencia Campuses) is located on the
联西银行一楼. Staff are available to answer general questions about admissions,
enrollment, financial aid, etc. Forms can be submitted online in 阿特拉斯 under "Student

Will I be able to submit payments at the 校园 downtown?
Payments will be online through the 阿特拉斯 and myUCF portals. You may use the computers
available on the 联西银行一楼 to access your portal.
Is there a library on 校园?

What offices will be on 校园?
Where can I go to get help?
Start at the 第一站 (回答中心). Advisors will be able to answer many of your
questions related to admissions, financial aid and advising.
Where do I get my student ID?
ID cards are issued at the UCF Card Services Center.
Is counseling available for downtown students?
是的, through our partnership with BayCare, Valencia students can see a UCF counselor
for up to 3 free visits at downtown.
What wellness services are available?

How and where should I buy books and supplies?
You will be able to buy books, supplies and other items for downtown courses at Barnes
和高贵的. If you are attending classes at other 美高梅 校园es, please
go to the other 校园 store to purchase books.
Can I order my books online?
Visit the 校园 store website valenciabookstores.com. Some restrictions apply, ie. – Dual Enrollment students cannot order online.
What is required to purchase class materials?
Bring your class schedule and student identification when purchasing your class materials.
的 校园 store staff is highly trained, knowledgeable and ready to support you with
any questions or concerns you may have.
Can I place an order online for the 校园 store?
是的, the 美高梅 校园 store will offer online ordering with the ability
for you to pick up on 校园 or ship the items directly to your residence.
When does book buyback take place each semester?
Buyback occurs on specific dates, at each 校园, during final exams week and the
first week of classes every semester. Textbooks can be sold back to any 校园 location,
regardless of where you purchased them. For current buyback dates and times, please
